SUMMARY:CAC Workshop for Regional Active Transportation Plan (Pedestrian & Bicycle Master Plan)
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is targeted for local government planners/engineers and will include members from MetroPlan Orlando’s Citizens Advisory Committee. The Active Transportation Plan will identify bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure needs throughout Orange\, Osceola\, and Seminole counties through the year 2050 – the results of which will be incorporated into future MetroPlan Orlando planning documents. This open-house style workshop will showcase new proposed recommendations for bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure in Orange\, Osceola and Seminole counties. Attendees will also be able to provide feedback and insights on the proposed plans. \nThis meeting is being posted in accordance with Florida’s Government in the Sunshine laws\, because two or more MetroPlan Orlando board or committee members will be present.
