SUMMARY:Public Hearing for Transportation Improvement Program and 2040 Plan Amendment
DESCRIPTION:A public hearing will be held on the proposed 2018-2022 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). MetroPlan Orlando is seeking input on the region’s five-year transportation plan. Maps will be available for viewing\, beginning at 5:30 p.m.\, with a presentation beginning at 6 p.m. A draft copy of the TIP will be posted at least seven days before the hearing. \nPublic comments can be given at the hearing or submitted in writing to MetroPlan Orlando\, 250 S. Orange Ave.\, Suite 200\, Orlando\, FL 32801 or by email to Info@MetroPlanOrlando.org up until 5 p.m. on June 19\, 2017. \nAlso included in the public hearing presentation will be a proposed amendment to the 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan\, which adds six projects to the Cost Feasible Plan. The proposed amendment includes a revised Cost Feasible Table\, which gives project costs in Year of Expenditure (YOE) for each phase of a project in the plan.
