Vision Zero - Before/After Evaluation Methodology

A roundtable discussion focused on identifying best practices to inform the development of a Safety Project Evaluation Methodology. This methodology will be used to conduct before-and-after evaluations of completed safety projects and will outline processes to document the costs and benefits of various engineering and non-engineering countermeasures.
