The MetroPlan Orlando Board is ultimately responsible for implementing the transportation planning process in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. The board is made up of elected officials from the three-county area, the largest cities in the region, and representatives from the region’s transportation operating agencies.

Prior to making decisions, the MetroPlan Orlando Board receives recommendations from several advisory committees. These committees ensure the board considers diverse points of view during the transportation planning process.
Meeting Time and Location
The MetroPlan Orlando Board generally meets on the second Wednesday of every month at 9:00 a.m. at the MetroPlan Orlando office (250 S. Orange Ave., Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32801). All meetings are open to the public and include opportunities for public comment.
