Peer-to-Peer Exchange with Hillsborough, Forward Pinellas and Pasco County MPO/TPOs

MetroPlan Orlando will host Elected officials and staff from the Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas MPOs to gain firsthand knowledge from their successful operation as an independent Tri-County MPO. This peer exchange will explore governance, committee and staff structure, fiscal management, prioritization processes, and regional coordination to help evaluate the potential for a merged MPO structure serving the three counties in the Tampa Bay region.
