Paratransit Survey Asks Riders About Their Experiences
Posted on: October 10, 2018 in Public Meetings, Transportation Disadvantaged
We need help from paratransit riders in evaluating ACCESS LYNX service for the disadvantaged in our community — including individuals with physical and economic challenges, senior citizens, and others who are unable to use traditional bus services.
MetroPlan Orlando designates the Community Transportation Coordinator (ACCESS LYNX) and is responsible for oversight of paratransit service throughout Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.
If you are a paratransit rider, we hope you will take just 5 minutes to complete a survey about your most recent trip on ACCESS LYNX or one of its Transportation Network Company vehicles.
Please comment only about your most recent trip, and complete the survey by 5 p.m., Oct. 31, 2018. Results of the survey will be shared at the Transportation Disadvantaged Public Meeting, at 10 a.m., Nov. 15 at the Marks Street Senior Recreation Complex. Find out more about the public meeting.

Participation is voluntary, and all responses will be confidential and anonymous. If you have any questions about the survey or our role in evaluating ACCESS LYNX, please contact: info@metroplanorlando.gov.
