We are looking for ACCESS LYNX Transportation Disadvantaged riders to share their feedback on the service from the past calendar year. Complete our 5-minute survey to tell us about how  ACCESS LYNX is serving your community’s needs. Please complete the survey by 5 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2026.

Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will be confidential and anonymous. If you have any questions about the survey or our role in evaluating ACCESS LYNX, please contact: TDComment@MetroPlanOrlando.gov. MetroPlan Orlando, our organization designates the Community Transportation Coordinator (ACCESS LYNX) and is responsible for oversight of paratransit service throughout the three-county region.

Results of this survey will be shared with the Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board at its quarterly meeting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Find out more about how to attend this meeting either in-person or virtually.
