Our 5-Year Plan is Underway

Every year, we update the region’s 5-year transportation plan known as the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The projects in the plan first appeared in our 25-year plan, then moved to the Prioritized Projects List, and finally – when funding was allocated — landed in the TIP.
Before the MetroPlan Orlando Board votes on whether to adopt the plan, we need to hear from you. Right now, you can view the TIP for FY 27-31 in its draft form.

The best way to deepen your understanding of the TIP is by talking directly with the planners who drafted it. That’s why we are hosting three pop-ups in June, one in each county we serve.
- Orange County Pop Up: Discover Downtown Orlando Information Center: June 2nd, 2026, 12 PM – 3 PM at 201 S Orange Ave, Suite 102, Orlando, FL 32801

Before these projects get rolling, we need your feedback to inform the MetroPlan Orlando Board’s decision. Comment through email, or mail by June 21, 2026. You can also comment live at any of our upcoming public meetings through July 8, 2026.
