READ AND COMMENT ON PROPOSED REVISIONS TO 2045 PLAN BY MARCH 7

The MetroPlan Orlando Board will consider amending the region’s 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan at its March 9 meeting, and members of the public are invited to comment on the proposed plan revisions.
The proposed revisions also will be presented to MetroPlan Orlando’s advisory committees in the months of February and March 2022. Changes to the plan include project cost adjustments, grouping Transportation Systems Management & Operations (TSMO) projects as guided by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for implementation and updating the Turnpike project list in the Cost Feasible Plan. The 2045 Plan is a working document, and changes are occasionally included by making amendments. An amendment is a change made to the plan that involves major revision such as additional revenue being available to advance projects, major change in design concept or scope or increase in project costs.
